Principal Designer / Assistant Principal Designer / CDM Adviser

You will have a construction related qualification with at least 5 years' experience working in the industry.

You will be Health and Safety qualified to at least NEBOSH certificate, or have a willingness to study and progress to this level and beyond.

You will be a member of APS and/or a Technical member of IOSH, or willing to work towards this status.

You will provide the Principal Designer / CDM Adviser role on a variety of commercial, industrial and local authority projects, with a typical value of £2m - £100m, working closely with clients, architects, other members of the design team, and contractors.

You should be willing to work as part of a team with your fellow members of the CDM department, in a multi-disciplined engineering consultancy, and be capable of planning and managing your own workload.

You will need a flexible working approach, with a willingness to travel throughout the UK, and the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
